About KnowHow

Shaped by real organisational needs. Evolved with the people who use it.

KnowHow brings more than 20 years of learning technology and implementation experience to a connected platform for learning, performance, skills and development. The way we work is practical: understand the organisation, shape the solution around its needs, enable the people who will use it and keep improving from there.

Our story

A company shaped by practical delivery

Experience matters most when it keeps evolving.

KnowHow's experience has been built through the practical work of implementing, supporting and improving learning and people-development technology with organisations over time.

The platform has grown beyond a traditional LMS into a connected environment spanning learning management, performance development, skills and competency development, assessments, events, reporting and administration.

That evolution is deliberate. Client feedback and ongoing engagement remain an important input into the product roadmap, helping the platform respond to real operational needs rather than a fixed feature agenda.

Delivery modelCustomer Experience, implementation, technical, development and support capability stay connected throughout the client relationship — from discovery and configuration through go-live and ongoing improvement.

How we choose to work

Practical principles, not corporate slogans.

The strongest themes in KnowHow's delivery evidence are also the principles we want clients to experience in the relationship.

01

Listen before configuring.

Start with the organisation, the people, the current process and the outcome that needs to improve.

Context before configuration
02

Fit the platform to the operating model.

Use configuration, roles, permissions and workflows to support how the organisation needs to work.

Fit over unnecessary complexity
03

Stay engaged beyond go-live.

Implementation does not end when access is switched on. Training, responsive support and continuity matter.

Partnership beyond deployment
04

Keep improving from evidence.

Use feedback, usage insight and structured review to improve both the implementation and the product over time.

Client-informed product development

The roadmap stays connected to real work.

KnowHow is actively developed. Continuous client engagement helps surface pain points, priorities and opportunities that can inform future product decisions.

Client feedback helps shape the roadmap, giving KnowHow a practical view of how the platform is being used and where future improvements can add value.

Local roots. Broader experience.

South African base. Broader experience.

KnowHow operates from Cape Town and supports organisations with different structures, workforce needs and implementation contexts.

That combination of local understanding and international project experience has helped shape a platform that can be configured around different organisational models rather than assuming every client works the same way.

Quality is a process, not a finish line.
